How do I care for my leather bag?
- Avoid prolonged exposure to water, heat, and direct sunlight.
- Clean gently with a soft cloth.
- Store in a dry place when not in use.
- Avoid heavy overloading to preserve structure and stitching.
What is your return and exchange policy?
- Return or exchange requests can be made within 7 days of delivery for defective, damaged, or incorrect items. Products must be unused, in original condition, and returned with original packaging and proof of purchase
How long does shipping take?
- Orders are processed within 1–3 business days.
- Delivery timelines depend on your location; shipping fees are shown at checkout.
- We currently ship within Ethiopia. For international shipping, please contact us directly.
How can I track my order?
Once your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email. You can use this to monitor your package until it arrives.
